This morning, I paid tribute to constituents who gave their lives during the two world wars, as well as other conflicts, in the Constituency Garden of Remembrance in Westminster.
Martin is encouraging local young people to get involved with UK Parliament Week (UKPW) by signing up for a free UKPW activity kit.
Last year over 1.6 million people took part in UK Parliament Week all over the country.
