Martin attended a reception in Parliament this week which was co-hosted by the National Deaf Children’s Society.
Four deaf charities worked together to co-host the event in Parliament to share the wide range of issues impacting the deaf community. The charities included the British Deaf Association (BDA), the National Deaf Children’s Society, RNID and the deaf health charity SignHealth.
Martin was delighted to attend the event to learn more about how we can support people who are deaf or have hearing loss.
